Steinbrink is a translational physician-scientist in the Infectious Diseases Division at Duke University, where she also clinically rounds on the immunocompromised host service. Her research focuses on investigating noninvasive diagnostic and prognostic host biomarkers of acute infection in immunocompromised patients, including the clinical application and stewardship of such tools.

We encourage in‑person attendance, as this will be a great opportunity for live discussion and engagement with our visiting speaker.  A light lunch will be served. We hope you can join us!
