The St. Louis Construction Cooperative spearheaded a project that resulted in the release of “COVID Vaccination Tool Box” Talk Videos. The project is based on a presentation to the St. Louis Construction Cooperative (SLCC) by Patrick Mazi, MD, a third year fellow, infectious diseases at Washington University School of Medicine.
Members of the construction industry never stopped working throughout the COVID pandemic, however, even though vaccines are now readily available, some workers are reluctant to get vaccinated. Construction Forum created “Vax Facts,” so workers can make an informed decision based on science-based information.
The presentation was designed to answer questions related to COVID vaccine hesitancy. The original presentation was taped, then broken down into multiple short clips that are labeled, addressing various aspects of the vaccines.
