The J. Russell Little, MD Lectureship was initiated in 2023 to commemorate the spirit and the memory of Dr. J. Russell Little. To this end, the theme of the lecture is clinical research and education in infectious diseases, HIV/AIDS, tuberculosis (TB), and antimicrobial resistant infections. The J. Russell Little, MD Lecture is made possible by a generous grant from WashU Medicine alumni William A. Rubenstein, MD.
