Join to develop a shared understanding of the HIV epidemic and its response in the Midwest and identify opportunities for synergy and collaboration.

The goal of the Summit is to bring together researchers, health departments, and community organizations to develop a shared understanding of the HIV epidemic and response in the Midwest. The summit will highlight insights from emerging research and programmatic progress across stakeholder groups, while also identifying opportunities for collaboration to advance action in the region.
By the end of the day, participants will:
- Develop more of a shared understanding of the epidemic and its response in Missouri, including insights from emerging research and programmatic progress, across different stakeholder groups.
- Identify opportunities for collaborations to advance a science-based response in the region.
The Midwest D-CFAR is committed to hearing from and amplifying a variety of perspectives and expertise. The center is led by public health experts from Washington University in St. Louis, Saint Louis University, Harris-Stowe State University, and the University of Missouri.
