Education

  • A.B. - honors in Classics: Harvard College, Cambridge, MA (1988)
  • Ph.D - Biochemistry with Walter Chazin: Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN (2006)
  • Post doctoral-training with Jens Meiler: Center for Structural Biology, Vanderbilt University, Nashville, TN (2008)

Research Interests

I use computational structural biology to help biomedical researchers approach their question from a molecular viewpoint. I can contribute a mechanistic hypothesis, structural analysis, or the interpretation of experimental results in the context of a protein’s structure-function relationship.
