 hes to care.</p><p><span data-olk-copy-source="MessageBody">McDaniel has be
 en a nurse since 2007 with a decade of experience in nursing forensics. She
  has worked as sexual assault nurse examiner (SANE) since 2016 and is certi
 fied as an adolescent and adult SANE (SANE-A) with a certificate in intimat
 e partner violence assessment (IVPNE). She began the first forensic nursing
  department as a program manager in a large hospital system to serve victim
 s of sexual assault\, domestic violence\, human trafficking\, and strangula
 tion. McDaniel is currently an independent consultant who works to increase
  awareness about violence and abuse through education and meaningful conver
